Yes, we complete "Twilight of the Gods" on this second Sunday of its presentation. But this is also the Sunday that "Sunday Afternoon at the Opera" participates in our station's annual Fall Fundraiser. During the course of the afternoon I will be going on mike to urge you listeners, you lovers of opera and supporters of "lyric theater" programming on WWUH, to phone in your pledges to the weeklong fundraising effort. You faithful listeners have never failed to help us meet, or even exceed, our fundraising goals in seasons past, so I thank you in advance for your generosity.
